This Privacy Policy governs the Site. This Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Milwaukee Web Design, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Milwaukee Web Design”). If you are a visitor to the Site then you are a “Site User.”

Milwaukee Web Design authorizes you to view and access the “Content” on the Site strictly in accordance with and subject to the Milwaukee Web Design Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. “Content” includes the entire content and materials accessible through the Site, including, without limitation, materials, information, artwork, graphics, images, text, software, and data. Your use of a Site constitutes your agreement to the Milwaukee Web Design Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Milwaukee Web Design reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and notices under which the Site is offered at any time, so please refer periodically to the Privacy Policy posted on the Site. If our Privacy Policy changes at any time we will update the date at the top of the policy.

2. Information We Collect

Milwaukee Web Design collects information from the Site in two ways:

  • Information customer gives us. Milwaukee Web Design collects information that a Customer or Site User provides directly to Milwaukee Web Design or information about a Site User’s or Customer’s use of the site by way of third-party analytics tracking mechanisms like Google Analytics.
  • Information we get from a Customer’s use of our service. Milwaukee Web Design collects information from Customer in the implementation process that includes confidential information about the Customer and the Customer’s business (“Customer Data”). Our logging system automatically collects information like the internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, features accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system information and other such information that is transmitted in the header of the user’s HTTP request and stores it in log files. Milwaukee Web Design uses these log files to analyze trends, administer, and improve this website. Milwaukee Web Design doesn’t collect or store user specific data as a part of logs.

3. How We Use Information We Collect

Milwaukee Web Design uses the information for the following general purposes: service provisioning, identification, authorization and service improvement. When the Customer contacts Milwaukee Web Design, we may keep a record of customer communication to help solve any issues a customer might be facing.

5. Data Security

Milwaukee Web Design adopts industry appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Customer personal information and Customer Data stored in a customer user account. Milwaukee Web Design shall ensure that it receives similar commitments from its vendors used to provide the Services hereunder. Milwaukee Web Design will provide notification to Customer as soon as reasonably practical after a breach of such security which may impact Customer Data. Access to Customer name and email address is restricted to our employees who need to know such information in connection with providing service to Customers and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Milwaukee Web Design does not sell the personally identifiable information Customer provide for financial gain nor does Milwaukee Web Design share such information with third parties for the purpose of sending customer advertisements for products or service unaffiliated with Milwaukee Web Design.

Data Ownership. All Customer Data belongs to Customer. Any de-aggregated data that Milwaukee Web Design receives from Customer about Customer’s use of the servicese or about Site User’s use of the Site is solely owned by Milwaukee Web Design. We do not sell customer data or collected data.

6. DMCA and Claims of Copyright Infringement

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA“) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials available on the Site infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send Milwaukee Web Design a notice requesting that Milwaukee Web Design remove the material or block access to it. If you believe in good faith that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, the DMCA permits you to send Milwaukee Web Design a counter-notice. 7. English Language

This Privacy Policy shall be exclusively interpreted in accordance with the English language with the meaning of its terms. Should a translation of this Privacy Policy deviate from the English language version, only the English language version shall apply and be binding.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

This site is created and controlled by Milwaukee Web Design in the State of Wisconsin, USA. Thus, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby expressly consent, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections, to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal courts in Dane County, Wisconsin, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You also agree to comply with all laws from the country in which you reside that are applicable to the transmission of data on the Internet, including, but, not limited to laws governing the use of encryption and laws governing the transmission of data across international boundaries, into prohibited countries, and containing personally identifiable information.

10. Severability

If any part of this Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed severable from this Privacy Policy and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
